Simply place the entire bag in the freezer overnight or for at least 5-6 hours. When ready for use, remove the bag from the freezer, take your yoghurt squeeze pouch from the fridge into the Yoghurt bag and close the velcro close securely.
Holds up to a 150g squeeze pouch of yoghurt.

This cooler has been amazing!! Such a great idea, stays cold all day and the little holder is great for the spoon. We did have an u fortunate incident with the spoon and our insinkerator but that is all my fault, and the spoon put up a mighty battle so that can only be a good thing right?! Haha
