I was 100% against buying one of these cups but caved and so glad I did. It definitely encourages me to drink more water through out the day. I leave home at 7, get hone at 6.30 and still have the ice cubes in there from the morning. It definitely keeps your drinks cold as it states.
This is the most amazing cup - 1 litre of cold as cold water for 12 hours, with a straw! Absolutely love it! AND - you can buy a new lid and/or straw if either of your meet with an unfortunate accident!
