How to disassemble and reassemble

Unscrew the lid, pull out the spout, then lift the collar off the pouch, that's your four parts ready for a clean.

To reassemble: place the collar onto the pouch, ensuring the notches of the collar align with the tabs on the pouch for a secure fit. Then insert the spout into lid and screw the lid back onto the collar firmly.

How do I fill the pouch?

Unscrew and remove the lid and spoon or pour yoghurt or smoothie straight in, the wide opening makes filling easier. Screw the lid back on and ensure the cap is securely closed before packing.
