The customer service received was excellent I was contacted directly to let me know an item was out of stock, should I wish to change said item to a different colour. The team were great and very prompt with sending out my orders. I would say the only thing I was a little disappointed with was I had 3 water bottles engraved and had I know how small the engraving was going to be I would have opted not to get that done for the extra price. All in all great customer care and would use again
