Instructions:
1. Release the clip to open the pitter.2. Place the fruit into the holding cup with the stem side up (remove stems before pitting).
3. Gently squeeze the handles of the pitter together to press the shaft firmly into the fruit. The pit will eject through the opening in the cup, leaving the fruit intact and pitless.
Note: When pitting fruits such as cherries and olives, select unblemished fruits that are firm and plump in appearance.
