I ordered online. My order was packed and sent promptly. When I received it, all the goods were in great condition and exactly as described. I ordered during the EOFY sales and I feel I received a great product at a highly discounted rate. I've used these for a week now. I love that they are easier to clean and dry faster than plastic containers. They are lightweight. They are a bit noisy - the clasps clank against the walls of the container. But it's worth it to avoid plastic.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase.
