Was very impressed with our first order a few years ago, left it too late and they got unexpectedly delivered before school starts. Since then, been always ordered with trustable Bento Buzz. Their stocks are always amazing too, never had enough.
I have ordered from the Bento Buzz a couple of times now, once when they were in their old warehouse, where I was met with a warm friendly smile, and the absolute best experience. Then I ordered once again this year for our back to school needs. I can only assume they were incredibly busy with back to school orders at that time, but to my delight our order arrived so quickly! One of the items had a small manufacturers fault (totally not visible until peeling back the packaging) but within hours of messaging the team to let them know, they responded and sent out a new item to replace it. It arrived in record time- I was blown away. It’s customer service like this that stands out amongst a sea of other businesses selling similar products. I would happily order with The Bento Buzz time and time again after this experience. Just goes to show that the customer service experience makes all the difference!
