The Maker is designed with simplicity and convenience in mind. Just freeze the maker ahead of time, pour your mixed ingredients onto the fast-freeze surface, and scoop and turn until the ice cream is formed. Add fruit, nuts, sprinkles or chocolate chips for extra fun and flavour. You can also experiment with making rolled ice cream.

Instructions:

1 Clean thoroughly with warm water and dry before use.

2 Turn the Ice Cream Maker upside down (stainless steel plate facing down) and place flat in the freezer for 8-12 hours.

NOTE: The cooling temperature should be -18c to achieve a better result.

3 Take the maker out of the freezer and place it on a flat sturdy surface with the stainless steel plate facing upwards.

4 Pour approx. 100-150ml of the previously prepared ice cream mixture onto the stainless steel plate of the maker.

5 Use the spatulas to spread the mixture evenly over the plate and leave to freeze for approx. 3-5 minutes (until firm).

6 Add sprinkles or chocolate flakes for axtra fun and flavour.

7 Scrape thin ice cream rolls with a damp spatula and then transfer from plate to cup or cone.

8 Garnish as desired and serve immediately.
