The Bento Buzz have made personalised labels available in house, to arrive at the same time as your order.
Please be sure to include the name for your label in the notes section in the cart!
Please note:
- Label will be created in The Bento Buzz's quirky new font.
- Select your colour of choice from currently available options. If you have a colour preference not listed, you can choose 'Surprise Me' and leave your preference in order notes with the name. We'll do our very best to accommodate it if possible.
- Size is preset and has been created to fit a customisable space.
- Height of label will vary depending on amount of letters in the name.
- TWO Names - this item WILL be coming home!
- Instructions on how to apply will be sent with your label.
- Not suitable for fabric and silicone products and best applied to brand new, unwashed items.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for dispatch if purchasing to allow our busy bees time to prepare your personalised labels.
IS EVERYTHING ON SALE?Almost! We're all in with our Shock-Take sale at The Bento Buzz but we do have some exclusions. Discounts wont apply to personalisation (engraving and personalised labels etc), mystery items and shipping.
CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?Discount codes are switched off during our storewide sales. You're welcome to hold onto a code you may have to use on your next order. And keep an eye out when unpacking your Shock-Take order for a little something extra to use later!
CAN I CHANGE OR ADD TO MY ORDER?EOFY is a busy time, we know! Please do your best to ensure your cart has all your must haves included before processing, however, if you do miss something feel free to message us and we'll try our hardest to add it to your order before packing. We cannot swap items, remove items or cancel orders, but an add on? We'll try our best as it may save you shipping costs later!
CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE ORDERS?No, we can't combine multiple orders to save shipping, sorry. Our free shipping threshold sits at just $149 for the entirety of our sale. Have a look to see if you need any other bento accessories or gift items to save for later to bring your second order up to that point for free shipping.
CAN I PICK MY ORDER UP?Yes! If you're a Gold Coast local or heading our way soon, you're welcome to select pick up at checkout and we'll email you when it's ready for collection. Click & collect is available from our Ashmore, Gold Coast store during store opening hours. We're open 6 days a week at the Ashmore Factory Outlet Centre, 8-12 Central Park Ave, Ashmore. Click & collect orders are processed and packed at our offsite warehouse and then transferred in store for pick up.Please wait until you receive your order ready email before coming in to collect.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?Our EOFY sales are epic and with everyone wanting a big, buzzing, bargain we do get very busy. Please allow a few extra days for dispatch and a little longer if your order contains personalisation, engraving, embroidery or personalised labels.
CAN I PAY FOR FASTER PROCESSING?Yes! If you need your order faster, please take advantage of our priority pack & dispatch service that pushes your order to the front of the warehouse queue. We'll process your order with priority and send it via express post. Again, if there are personalised items included, please allow a few days for those to be engraved but rest assured, you're at the front of the line.
AN ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, NOW WHAT? During our storewide sales we do sell out of the most sought after items fast - no matter how well stocked we are (and we are!). Rest assured we'll do our very best to restock items so you may see some lines switch to pre order so you can still take advantage of sale pricing. The ETA on the pre-order will be in the product description.
