At The Bento Buzz all orders over $150 (after any discounts) are shipped for FREE using Australia Post eParcel or a courier service.
How do I pay?
Payment methods accepted are Paypal, Credit Card (via Paypal, you do not need a Paypal account) zipPay and Afterpay (shop now – pay later!).
ZipPay and Afterpay offer The Bento Buzz customers the ability to receive their purchase immediately and make interest free repayments later. All you need is a debit or credit card for instant approval. The credit or debit card you provide will be automatically charged on the due dates of your invoice or log in to the customer portal to repay with an alternative method. Just click your choice or Afterpay or zipPay at checkout, create your account and confirm your purchase. Afterpay and zipPay pay us on your behalf, your order is processed and packed and sent. You pay back Afterpay or zipPay via your chosen automatic debit at the times set out in their repayment agreements. No interest and it’s easy!

When will my order arrive?
At The Bento Buzz all orders over $150 (after any discounts) are shipped for FREE!
We post Australia Wide via courier or Australia Post. Shipping service is dependant on order size and delivery location. Orders sent via courier will require a residential address.
Please ensure all postage details are clear and accurate. Re-delivery due to incorrect postage details, missing information or insufficient information will incur another postage charge as charged by the courier or Australia Post.
Postage rates are calculated based on parcel weight and size.
At The Bento Buzz our packing team are busy bees Monday to Thursday. Our shipping days are Tuesday to Friday. We endevour to dispatch orders next business day but during our peak times (Sept-April) we experience a greater influx of orders and this may become within 2-3 business days. We will not post prior to full payment, including postage, being received.
Please allow 14 working days for delivery. If you have any concerns over the status of your parcel, please contact us. Every parcel sent by us is trackable from lodgement to delivery and we email a shipping confirmation on dispatch. If you have not received a shipping confirmation, please check email spam folders as it may have filtered there.
In the rare circumstance that a parcel is missing, The Bento Buzz will launch an investigation with the delivery service to locate it. Investigation times vary by service and the resolution will depend on the report findings. If you leave a note on your order asking the delivery driver to leave the parcel in a specific location if not home (Authority To Leave) then The Bento Buzz cannot be held responsible for loss or theft.
Australia Post provides no provision for us to outline specific delivery instructions with their parcel delivery services.
Can I pick up my order?
I'm sorry we do not have a pick up service available at this time. We offer free shipping on orders over $150 (after any discounts) and keep your eyes peeled for a local pop up shop location to see our range in person. We hold pop up shops at various times of the year.
Do you post internationally?
We do not ship internationally at this stage. Sorry for any inconvenience.
What if an item I've ordered is out of stock?
All items are subject to availability. We do our very best to ensure all advertised items are in stock and available for immediate dispatch. Very rarely an item may oversell in times of high demand, in this case we will email you and ask if you would like a suitable substitution (if one is available) or a send through a prompt refund if the item is not being restocked.
The item I want is on pre-order, what is that?
A ‘pre-order’ is an item of high demand that is on back order and is in transit to us from the distributor. Pre-order items have an ‘estimated release date’ which is the date given to us by the distributor for when it will arrive to us. The ‘estimated release date’ is advertised below the ‘Pre-Order Me’ button on individual product pages and the item will say ‘pre-order’ in the listing title and on the item in checkout and the completed order form. Stock can arrive earlier, or later, that the ‘estimated’ date that is given. Customs and transit delays are unforseen and unpredictable but sometimes do occur which can delay items arriving.
Orders containing a pre-order item will be held until the pre-order item is in stock, the entire order will then be sent in the next day’s dispatch. If you would like your other items sent earlier please purchasing in two separate transactions.

Do you refund or exchange for change of mind?
In the unlikely event your item is defective, damaged or incorrect on arrival, please email with clear pictures and description within 48 hours and we will do our best to rectify the situtation. All items are checked and cross checked by two people on our packing team before leaving us.
If you change your mind on an unwashed and unused item you are welcome to post it back for an exchange. Once we confirm the item is still in brand new condition, a credit for the item’s value will be emailed to you to purchase an exchange. Items must be in 100% unopened, unwashed, unused condition to be accepted back, if they are received in any other condition the parcel will be returned to you. Postage costs associated with returning and receiving the new item, and the item price difference, are wholly the customers.
We do not refund for change of mind on a received item. We are happy to help you select the perfect item for your needs, please email before ordering.
If you wish to cancel your processing order or an order awaiting a pre-order item, a 15% restocking fee will be charged and that will be deducted from the transaction total refunded to you. The restocking fee covers the administration costs incurred due to the change of mind.
If you believe your item is faulty or requires a warranty claim, please email us at email@example.com with multiple clear pictures, a clear description of the fault and transaction number. We will forward the information to the product distributor for their feedback and will liaise with them on your behalf. The process time varies depending on distributor and season and we will be in touch as soon as we hear the final decision from the distributor. Please understand that we cannot override a distributor’s decision on a warranty claim or question.
Wear and tear is a normal part of any product and common with products made for, and used by, children. Wear and tear is not a fault created during the manufacture process and is not claimable under manufacturers warranty.
All items listed on The Bento Buzz website may have colour and packaging variations. Personal computer monitor settings may vary colour displayed in all stock pics.
