IS EVERYTHING ON SALE?
Almost! We're all in with our big, buzzing, Black Friday sale at The Bento Buzz but we do have some exclusions. Discounts wont apply to personalisation (engraving and personalised labels etc), gift cards and shipping.

Discount codes are switched off during our storewide sales. You're welcome to hold onto a code you may have to use on your next order. And keep an eye on your Black Friday order for a little something extra to use later!
CAN I CHANGE OR ADD TO MY ORDER?
Black Friday is a busy time, we know! Please do your best to ensure your cart has all your must haves included before processing, however, if you do miss something feel free to message us and we'll try our hardest to add it to your order before packing. We cannot swap items, remove items or cancel orders, but an add on? We'll try as it may save you shipping costs later!

No, we can't combine multiple orders to save shipping, sorry. Our free shipping threshold remains at just $129 for the entirety of our sale (we don't increase it during sales!). Have a look to see if you need any other bento accessories to bring your second order up to that point for free shipping.
CAN I PICK MY ORDER UP?
Yes! If you're a Gold Coast local or heading our way soon, you're welcome to select pick up at checkout and we'll email you when it's ready for collection. Click & collect is available from our Ashmore, Gold Coast store during store opening hours. We're open 7 days a week at the Ashmore Factory Outlet Centre, 8-12 Central Park Ave, Ashmore. Click & collect orders are processed and packed at our offsite warehouse and transferred in store for pick up.Ā Please wait until you receive your order ready email before coming in to collect.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Our Black Friday sales are epic and with everyone wanting a big, buzzing, bargain we do get very busy. Please allow 10-14 days for dispatch and a little longer if your order contains personalisation engraving.Ā

Yes! If you need your order faster, please take advantage of our priority pack & dispatch service that pushes your order to the front of the warehouse queue. We'll process your order with priority and send it via express post. Again, if there are personalised items included, please allow a few days for those to be engraved but rest assured, you're at the front of the line.
AN ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, NOW WHAT?
During our storewide sales we do sell out of the most sought after items fast - no matter how well stocked we are (and we are!). Rest assured we'll do our very best to restock items so you may see some lines switch to pre order so you can still take advantage of sale pricing. The ETA on the preorder will be in the product description.Ā

Black Friday discount cannot be applied retrospectively to previously made orders. Advertising of our Black Friday sale has been published well in advance to provide full clarity on an upcoming storewide sale.
No rainchecks available. Sale pricing is valid for sale period only and cannot be applied to future orders.
Orders cannot be changed to remove items, cancelled or combined during the sale period due to the volume of orders received. If we can accommodateĀ adding of items to orders we will do our best, please note this will extend order processing time.Ā
Free gifts cannot be refunded or exchanged. If your sale order is returned within 30 days, the free gift must also be returned new & unused or the full value is deducted from the refund.
Free gifts are one per threshold per order. Free gifts are valid on the day advertised only and cannot be applied to previous or future orders. Only available while stocks last. Stocks may be exhausted prior to the day concluding and no responsibility is taken for orders not being processed before the allocation of freebie stock is exhausted.Ā
Clearance items are items with a discount above 50%. Clearance items cannot be returned for a change of mind exchange.Ā
Sale exclusions include, but not limited to, personalised items, personalisation, gift cards, shipping methods and shipping protection.
Please allow 10-14 business days for dispatch during sales periods. Please allow an additional 3 business days for engraving of personalised products during sale periods. For faster processing, please utilise the priority dispatch service offered at checkout.
